Birch Mountain Enterprises is looking to hire a temporary Data Entry Clerk for 3 weeks coverage from May 12/25 - May 30/25. The position requires you to work at the Fort McKay Incubator Park Location.

Job Summary:Operating out of our Fort McKay Incubator Park location, the Temporary Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering the work orders and communication for the maintenance shops with Management. The incumbent will provide daily support to the maintenance team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking calls from site and communicating with Shop Foreman and/or Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager and Shop Foreman with the scheduling of repairs.
- Convey all necessary information to Shop Foreman and Maintenance Manager as it is received.
- Updating the work orders with the details of the job. Categorize the work orders for the type/reason for repair.
- Generate and provide reports to Management where required, including equipment downtime.
- Identify deficiencies and correct them.
- Promoting a safe work environment through following safe work procedures and supporting the safety management system.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Maintain company vehicle as required – fuel, oil changes etc.
- Provide accurate data for reporting.
- Assist with administrative work as required.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Administration experience.
- Previous experience and strong knowledge in Heavy Duty and Automotive Mechanics an asset.
- Minimum class 5 license with a clean driver’s abstract required.
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs.
- Maintenance software experience an asset.

- Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Organization and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced technology user (Microsoft office, Sharepoint, TAG).
- Reliable and dependable, willing to work overtime as required.
- Ability to multitask to handle shifting and conflicting priorities, with multiple deadlines, in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team environment.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment and positive attitude towards the team.
- Ability to communicate and interact well with other employees and our customers.
